Breathwork Journey

90 minutes - $180

Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery with our 90-minute breathwork session at the Hygge House (right across the street from C&P Coffe). Guided by trauma informed Breathwork facilitator and Reiki practitioner, Melina Moore, you'll experience the power of conscious connected breathwork, unlocking the potential for deep relaxation, emotional release, and personal growth.

This immersive session allows you to tap into your inner world, release stored emotions, and cultivate a profound sense of well-being. If you're seeking stress reduction, self-awareness, or emotional healing, our breathwork journeys offer a holistic approach that nurtures your mind, body, and spirit.

Each session begins with intention setting, honoring the ceremonial space, and a brief overview of what to expect during your journey. The journey lasts for 65 minutes alongside music to create an immersive and supportive atmosphere, and ends with a few minutes of silence as you return to the body and begin the process of integration.

Melina provides a safe and supportive environment throughout the journey, and offers guidance, reassurance, and assistance if any challenging emotions or sensations arise.

What is Breathwork?

Conscious connected breathwork is a therapeutic practice centered around intentional, rhythmic, and uninterrupted breathing. Participants engage in a 3-part breathing technique-2 parts inhale to your abdomen and chest, 1 part relaxed exhale out. This breathwork is a combinaton of Holotripic Breathwork and Rebirthing Breathwork, as trained by Tai Hubbert of Sword & Lotus.

Breathwork fosters self-awareness, promotes emotional release, and reduces stress by triggering the body's relaxation response. By paying close attention to their breath and emotions, individuals gain insights into their thought patterns and emotional triggers, leading to greater personal growth and inner balance.

As a holistic practice, conscious connected breathwork acknowledges the intricate connection between the mind, body, and spirit, making it a valuable tool for those seeking relaxation, emotional healing, and self-discovery.

Melina Moore

Melina is the owner of Lagom Studios (hi!), Pilates instructor, Reiki practitioner, and trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator.  She came to breathwork as a way to heal from anxiety and trauma, and to connect with the depths of her body, mind, and spirit for personal healing, growth, and self-discovery.  She combines her love of breathwork and Reiki in her 90 minute personalized Breathwork Journeys at her cozy second location, Hygge by Lagom Studios.
