Our Policies

For safety and sanitary purposes, grip socks are required in the studio. If you like to shop local, we sell some styles in the studio!

If you do not have socks for your session you will be required to purchase grip socks before you begin.

Participants are marked No Show if they are more than 10 minutes late for class. This respects the flow of the class for the other participants, as well as the instructor's time.

If you add yourself to one or more waitlists in a given day, the group class cancellation policy applies. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you are no longer able to attend the class so you will not be charged a no-show fee, and most importantly, so that other participants may get to come to class.

Classes must be canceled 12 hours prior to class start time or a session will be deducted from your class pack, or a $39 no-show fee will be charged if no classes remain in your class pack.

Classes with one participant will have to be cancelled due to low attendance.

In the event that only one client is registered for a group class (whether in person or online), clients will be contacted by the instructor 6 hours prior to class beginning to see if they would like to join in another class where there is still space available, or they may instead choose to keep their time and pay for a private session at a discounted rate of $50.

If this is for a morning class, the instructor will reach out 12 hours before the class begins to see what the client would prefer to do.

Membership cancellations for monthly autopay class passes need to be submitted with 30 days notice to billing date. Unused classes do not rollover to the next month. Non-transferable and non-refundable.

Notice of cancellation given less than 24 hours before a session will result in a deduction of a session from a class pack, or $85 no-show fee will be charged if no sessions remain in your class pack.

Notice of cancellation given less than 24 hours before a session will result in a deduction of a session from a class pack, or $65 no-show fee will be charged per person if no sessions remain in their class pack.

Both partners in a Duet are solely responsible for clearly communicating and arranging schedule changes if either one or both partners must cancel.

If Partner A cancels less than 24 hours prior to a session, then a session will be deducted from their Duet Session pack or a $65 no-show fee will be charged if no Duet Session packs remain to Partner A. Partner B may still attend and will not be charged for a private session.

If Partner A cancels 24 hours or more before their session they must communicate with their partner and decide if Partner B would like to cancel 24 hours before their session as well. Partner B may choose to either pay a $85 single Private session or deduct one session from their Private Session pack. This choice must then be communicated to their instructor 24 hours before their session.
