Group Classes

Let’s be honest, starting Pilates can feel intimidating.

That’s why we offer small classes of up to 4 people.

We have small classes sizes with only 4 people to make sure you feel welcomed, safe, and supported in our studio!

Come for the Pilates, stay for the community.

  • I’ve been taking classes at Lagom for over a year. All of the instructors have been fantastic, even the substitutes. They make everyone feel welcome and comfortable and are there to help you! The small class size is great and all of the students I’ve met have also been nice. Melina, the owner and instructor, is funny and kind and keeps class light and fun (but hard!). When I got sick and couldn’t use my class pass she extended it for me. She even linked my accounts with my parents so I can schedule classes for them when they come to visit. I tried classes at a couple other local studios but ultimately came back to Lagom because it’s my favorite. I have bought multiple different packages and have been happy with all the options. Highly recommend!

    Brand new to Pilates, or just want a strong foundation for your practice?

    We always recommend you to take advantage of our Intro Private Session 3 pack before joining in group classes.

    Come learn the fundamentals of Pilates, develop a deeper connection with your breath, and get truly comfortable on the reformer. Each session is 50 minutes long and allows you to build confidence in yourself and your movement practice.

As we have a cozy studio, please arrive no more than 5 minutes early for class, and kindly wait outside of the studio until the previous class has finished.

For everyone’s safety, the instructor will let you know when you may come inside to get settled in.

Class Descriptions

    Afternoon Delight

    A fast-paced lunchtime reformer flow class to energize you through the rest of your day. Great for intermediate to advanced movers.

    Align

    Get back to the elemental basis of Pilates and focus on spinal stacking and lengthening, while supporting oneself with the assistance of gravity and relaxing into ease in upright postures. We will utilize various pieces of equipment and move through multiple positions to increase awareness of which way is up! Perfect for anyone looking to sit tall, stand comfortably still, and hold their head high. All levels welcome!

    Bounce

    All levels welcome

    Jump basics for better landings and tips for more ups.  Using the trampoline and other bouncy tools, we tune up our balance and play with floating in air!

    Core + Restore

    Experience a mindful, slower-paced reformer Pilates class that blends deep core engagement with intentional movement, elongating stretches, and grounding breathwork. We finish with a calming meditation to leave you feeling strong, centered, and restored.

    Essential

    Perfect for beginners and seasoned movers who would like to get back to the fundamentals.

    *If you are new to Pilates and interested in taking group classes, we highly encourage you to take advantage of our Intro Private Session 3 pack. You will get three private sessions where you learn the principles and fundamentals of Pilates, as well as get comfortable on the reformer.

    Morning Flow

    Ease into your day with a morning flow on reformer. Leave feeling energized, elongated, and ready to take on the day. All levels welcome!

    Reformer Flow

    Perfect for intermediate and seasoned movers who would like more strength and coordination challenges. Pilates balls, resistance bands, and the magic circle are often included for deeper core activation and pelvic floor connection.
