As we have a cozy studio, please arrive no more than 5 minutes early for class, and kindly wait outside of the studio until the previous class has finished.

Afternoon Delight
an express, fast-paced lunchtime reformer flow class to energize you through the rest of your day. Great for intermediate to advanced movers.

Align
Get back to the elemental basis of Pilates and focus on spinal stacking and lengthening, while supporting oneself with the assistance of gravity and relaxing into ease in upright postures. We will utilize various pieces of equipment and move through multiple positions to increase awareness of which way is up! Perfect for anyone looking to sit tall, stand comfortably still, and hold their head high. All levels welcome!

Drop into your deep awareness (and abdominals) with a down tempo practice to focus on your form, and play with proprioception and balance. All levels welcome!

Bounce: Spring Pop-Up Class
Bounce into Spring!

Jump basics for better landings and tips for more ups. Using the trampoline and other bouncy tools, we tune up our balance and play with floating in air! -
Empower
Build holistic strength, get curious about your endurance, and challenge yourself in a new way! We'll begin the class with a slow flow of foundational movements, then build the intensity with controlled movement and higher reps, adding in balance and coordination challenges along the way. This class is perfect for the intermediate to seasoned mover who is looking to feel empowered in their body, mind, and spirit.
