Let’s be honest, starting Pilates can feel intimidating.
That’s why we offer small classes of up to 4 people.
We want everyone to feel welcomed, safe, and supported in our studio.

Are you brand new to Pilates, or just want a strong foundation for your practice?
We always recommend you to take advantage of our Intro Private Session 3 pack before joining in group classes. Come learn the fundamentals of Pilates, develop a deeper connection with your breath, and get truly comfortable on the reformer. Each session is 50 minutes long and allows you to build confidence in yourself and your movement practice.

Already confident on the Reformer and have Pilates experience?
Going right into group classes might be a great fit for you! Use our Intro Group Class 4 pack to try out our variety of classes. You will have 30 days to use your 4 class credits. See below for class descriptions!

As we have a cozy studio, please arrive no more than 5 minutes early for class, and kindly wait outside of the studio until the previous class has finished.
For everyone’s safety, the instructor will let you know when you may come inside to get settled in.

Perfect for intermediate and seasoned movers who would like more strength and coordination challenges. Pilates balls, resistance bands, and the magic circle are often included for deeper core activation and pelvic floor connection.
All levels welcome! Faster paced class.

Essential Reformer
Perfect for beginners, or for those wanting to get back to the fundamentals. Learn where your body is in space, and bring mindfulness to your Pilates practice.

Afternoon Delight
A fast-paced lunchtime reformer flow class to energize you through the rest of your day. Great for intermediate to advanced movers.

Align
Get back to the elemental basis of Pilates and focus on spinal stacking and lengthening, while supporting oneself with the assistance of gravity and relaxing into ease in upright postures. We will utilize various pieces of equipment and move through multiple positions to increase awareness of which way is up! Perfect for anyone looking to sit tall, stand comfortably still, and hold their head high. All levels welcome!

Bounce
All levels welcome
Jump basics for better landings and tips for more ups. Using the trampoline and other bouncy tools, we tune up our balance and play with floating in air! -
Essential Reformer
Perfect for beginners and seasoned movers who would like to get back to the essentials.
*If you are new to Pilates and interested in taking group classes, we highly encourage you to take advantage of our Intro Private Session 3 pack. You will get three private sessions where you learn the principles and fundamentals of Pilates, as well as get comfortable on the reformer.
