Join Healing Harmony in the beautiful new event space at Lagom Studios in West Seattle for an evening of healing and wellness.
During the season of giving allow yourself to also receive. This 90-minute wellness experience blends the sounds of singing bowls, vocals, drums, and gong to allow you to deeply relax. Feel your mind, body, and spirit gently let go so you can fully find rest, renewal, and repair.
WHAT TO EXPECT
During a sound bath you will lie on the floor of the studio where you will be surrounded by song and sound.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will make you comfortable such as a yoga mat, blanket, or pillows.
We will begin with a short, guided meditation to set our intentions and deeply connect with our root chakra for support and grounding.
Heather will create a safe space for sound meditation and healing during which you may even fall asleep.
The vibrations of singing bowls, gong, vocals, and deerskin drum reach every cell in your body allowing for re-balancing your nervous system and helping you rest.
We will end our time together with a few moments of silence.
Receive the gift of inner peace and tranquility ~ reserve your spot and join us!
