Spring Awakening: A Sound Bath for New Beginnings

Heather from Healing Harmony is excited to return to Lagom Studios on Friday, March 7th from 7-8 pm for a sound bath dedicated to awakening in preparation for Spring.

It is time to make room for new growth from the seeds that we have planted last fall. Join Heather for this meditative and healing experience where we will focus on letting go and shedding the old to make room for the new!

What to Expect

  • During a sound bath you will lie on the floor of the studio where you will be surrounded by song and sound.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will make you comfortable such as a yoga mat, blanket, an eye mask, and/or pillows.

  • We will begin with a short, guided meditation to set our intentions and think about what old thoughts, habits, things, or people, we can let go in order to make room for a new way of being.

  • I will create a safe space for sound meditation and healing during which you may even fall asleep.

  • The vibrations of singing bowls, vocals, and drums reach every cell in your body allowing for deep relaxation and re-balancing your nervous system

  • We will end our time together with a few moments of silence.

You will leave feeling relaxed, renewed, and re-balanced, ready to make room for new growth.
