Awakened Heart: A Sound Bath for Self Love and Compassion

  • LAGOM STUDIOS 4507 Southwest Wildwood Place Seattle, WA, 98136 United States (map)

Healing Harmony x LAGOM STUDIOS

Join us for a 60-minute group sound healing experience using the vibrations of sound to open up the heart chakra to intentionally help you relax, unwind, and restore balance to your physical, mental, and spiritual bodies. Sound healing does not require any belief system, knowledge or even language. Healing Harmony creates a unique improvisational sound scape with crystal and metal singing bowls, her handmade deer skin drum, and vocals to guide you on a transformational journey into relaxation and wellness.

We will be focusing on opening up the heart chakra to allow for more self love and compassion to fill your heart space. You will hear improvisational sounds using singing bowls, bells, drums, and vocals. This portion of the sound bath will last approximately 55 minutes and will be followed by a few moments of silence.
