Healing Heart: A Sound Bath for Peace
Are you feeling weary? Disconnected? Exhausted? Join Heather for this meditative and healing experience where you will be surrounded by song and sound. In this 60-minute group sound healing experience, vibrations of sound will open up the heart chakra to intentionally help you feel relaxed, renewed, and re-balanced in your physical, mental, and spiritual bodies.
Sound healing does not require any belief system, knowledge or even language. Healing Harmony creates a unique improvisational soundscape with crystal and metal singing bowls, handmade deer skin drum, and vocals to guide you on a transformational journey into relaxation and wellness.
We will be focusing on heart healing, creating community connection, and a safe sanctuary for peace and healing. You will hear improvisational sounds using singing bowls, bells, drums, and vocals. This portion of the sound bath will last approximately 55 minutes and will be followed by a few moments of silence.
